You may return unworn apparel within 14 days of purchase or delivery to receive a full refund or exchange. Every piece must retain its original artisanal boutique tags.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item back. We strive to make your boutique shopping experience completely seamless.

Return Conditions

Please ensure your items meet the following criteria for a return:

• Items returned within 14 days of purchase

• Tags attached and in unworn condition

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-tailored or personalized garments designed specifically for you.

• Delicate items or accessories unsealed after purchase due to hygiene.

• Garments showing clear signs of wear, perfume, or makeup marks.

• We reserve the right to decline returns of any garments that do not meet these elegant standards of care.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Your refund will be processed upon safe arrival of the garments.

Gifts

If your piece was marked as a gift, we will gladly issue a boutique credit for the value of the return. A digital voucher will be sent to your email once received.

For items not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited back to the original purchaser's payment method.
